Returns & Exchanges

At Game On Family, we want your team to look their best, so if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
